Okidata c5510 Toner Cartridges Is Less Costly When Remanufactured But is Still a High Quality Product

by Ben Pate

Everyone who owns their own company will usually be very familiar with the outrageous cost of copier and printer toner. But you may not be familiar with the cost saving properties of compatible toner cartridges, and you may not know that these products are also safe to buy for your printers and copiers. Recently, we received a letter from one of our clients who decided to share his experience after buying a large amount of compatible Okidata c5510 printer toner.

As a project manager for a mid-sized regional restaurant supply company, one of Frank Walters' duties is to buy toner cartridges. After his complete search on cost and quality, Frank decided to choose an online distributor who sold a compatible Okidata toner cartridge for a third to half the cost of the Okidata brand name toner. The outcome was an impressive 16 percent saved on his entire budget for the month.

Frank's company owned a fleet of two hundred Okidata c5510 printers, and he had some of his employees install all of them with remanufactured cartridges. To begin, he was skeptical about how well they would work, but he soon had to admit that the remanufactured toners were every bit as good as the costly genuine toners that his company used to buy. "I checked out some of the copies personally," Frank wrote, "and they looked good - good ink yield, adequate coverage, no smudges."

The compatible Okidata 5510 toner supplies are made by companies using the same or even better technology and toner. These distributors use quality control tests that are just as rigorous as those run by OEM toner producers. The result of all this effort is that your compatible cartridge will have high quality at a much lower price.

Three months down the road, Frank was named the manager of the month, and this honor was awarded to him in part due to his amazingly resourceful attempts at saving money by switching to the compatible Okidata 5510n toner. Also, Frank's supervisors asked him to oversee and manage toner orders throughout the whole company, allowing him to aid them in saving tens of thousands of dollars per year.

Frank's letter can be inspiration to all of us who are looking for those small ways to cut expenses and boost the profits of our companies. Ask your toner supplier if they carry compatible Okidata toners, and do the cost comparison yourself, to see how making a small change can make a huge difference.

If you're a small business owner, you know how much copier and printer toner can cost you. One of our clients, a project manager for a moderately sized regional restaurant supply company, found that at an web distributor Oki toner was being sold at about a third to a half as cheap as the name brand ink he had previously been buying. He asked a few of his employees to install the remanufactured cartridges in his fleet of 200, Okidata c5510 machines. At first, Bill was skeptical, but he soon realized that the remanufactured toners were the same as the high-cost name brand toners he had previously bought.
